About the Primary Supply Teacher role: Pre-booked short-term and long-term teaching assignments Opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Long-term maternity, sabbatical and sickness cover available Temp-to-perm opportunities with the chance to secure a permanent teaching role Competitive weekly PAYE pay Paid in line with AWR (Agency Workers' Regulations) where applicable No umbrella companies Dedicated consultant providing ongoing support throughout your placement What we're looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers welcome to apply Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills Confident, adaptable teachers who can hit the ground running Strong communication and organisational skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one A genuine passion for delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring continuity of learning for pupils We're looking for adaptable, reliable teachers who can quickly establish positive relationships, deliver engaging lessons and confidently step into a new classroom from day one.
As schools often require teachers at short notice, strong communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.
