The Role

• 
  
• Manage your own varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.

Advise a broad client base including healthcare providers, local authorities, public sector organisations and other major institutional clients.

Handle acquisitions, disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, regeneration schemes and strategic asset management work.

Work closely with Partners and senior colleagues on complex, high-value transactions.

Play an active role in developing long-term client relationships and identifying business development opportunities.

Collaborate with specialists across wider Real Estate and Property Litigation teams on multidisciplinary matters.

You

• 
  
• Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial real estate experience.

Previous healthcare property experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential.

Commercially minded with excellent technical ability.

Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Passionate about delivering outstanding client service and pragmatic commercial advice.
