Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking to take the lead on technically challenging projects within the Aerospace & Defence sector?

Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to provide technical leadership across complex engineering programmes, leading a team of talented engineers while driving innovation, quality and continuous improvement. 

You'll take ownership of major design programmes, providing both technical direction and people leadership. You'll oversee the delivery of innovative mechanical solutions while ensuring projects meet expectations for quality, cost and timescales.

Working closely with internal teams and customers, you'll champion engineering excellence, support continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in developing the next generation of engineers.
