Responsibilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug substance process research and development. * Develop and implement innovative analytical strategies to enhance operational efficiency and deliver high-quality results. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies specific to analytical methodologies and practices. * Provide scientific leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. * Analyse complex datasets and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes. * Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvement within the analytical sciences space.
