Print Guillotine Operator / Digital Finishing required to work in Sheffield, onsite @ my clients manufacturing Company.
Please note: you must have full working rights to work in the UK as no sponsorship offered. This role is permanent and offers double days - 06:00 - 13:00 and 13:30 - 21:00 on a two-week rota.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Polar and Wohlenberg guillotines: Set up, calibrate and operate guillotines to finish high-quality digital print products maintaining consistency and quality.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on Guillotines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Quality Control: Ensuring that all products are finished to a high standard, with attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Physical Stamina: Standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks, requiring good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
General
To comply with the Companys Health & Safety and Quality & Environmental Management System policies and procedures
To be well presented for work and conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner
Skills required:
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar Print role.
Experience of working in the manufacturing industry.
Skills/Knowledge Ability to communicate effectively
verbally and in writing. Good personal time management, planning and organisational skills required to manage competing demands and priorities. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for colour accuracy, alignment, and print quality. Personal qualities Enthusiastic personality - a can do attitude and friendly outlook.
