Are you an experienced Registered Nurse and Home Manager looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting on behalf of one of Northern Ireland's fastest-growing healthcare providers for an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead a residential care home.
You'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll oversee compliance, staffing, financial performance and continuous service improvement while creating a positive environment for residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team.
* Ensure exceptional standards of care and regulatory compliance.
* Manage budgets, staffing and operational performance.
* Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
* Support recruitment, training and staff development.
* Promote a culture of dignity, respect and person-centred care.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
Essential Requirements
* Registered Nurse with a valid UK NMC PIN (essential).
* A minimum of 5 years' post-registration nursing experience (essential).
* Previous experience managing a residential or nursing care home.
* Strong knowledge of care regulations and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Experience managing budgets, compliance and operational performance.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
