An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its busy Private Client department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a legal assistant or paralegal looking to further develop their career within a supportive team handling a broad range of private client matters.
The Role You will provide support to fee earners and assist with a varied caseload including:
Wills
Probate and Estate Administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Trusts
Inheritance Tax Planning
Responsibilities will include:
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Preparing probate and estate administration paperwork
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
Managing files and maintaining case management systems
Assisting with the progression of matters from instruction through to completion
Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case management Requirements
Previous experience within a Private Client department
Knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and client care abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
