Private Client Paralegal, you will provide support across a varied caseload, with responsibilities including:Assi
- sting with the administration of estates from initial instruction through to completion.Prep
- aring correspondence, legal documents and relevant forms.Assi
- sting with probate applications and obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.Supp
- orting solicitors with Will and Lasting Power of Attorney matters.Assi
- sting with trust administration and related documentation.Cond
- ucting legal and property searches and obtaining information from third parties.Liai
- sing with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other professional organisations.Assi
- sting with the collection and distribution of estate assets.Prep
- aring and maintaining estate accounts.Unde
