A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established yet forward-thinking high street practice. This is an ideal role for a motivated paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive 5-person Private Client team.

You will assist with a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, and Probate, working closely with experienced fee earners. The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality client care and offers a collaborative environment with strong administrative and secretarial support. Hybrid working is available, alongside an excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Assisting fee earners with a varied caseload of Private Client matters

Drafting Wills and supporting on Trust and Probate files

Liaising with clients, third parties, and HMRC where required

Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision

Candidate Criteria:

• 
  
• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law

Exposure to Wills, Probate, and/or Trust matters

Strong client care skills and ability to build lasting relationships

Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
