A well-established law practice in Birmingham is looking to bring on a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team. This role provides the chance to oversee a diverse caseload while enhancing your professional skills in a supportive and approachable environment.

The team has a reputation for delivering high-quality guidance to clients and building strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues to provide practical, client-focused advice and help clients navigate complex personal and financial matters.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Preparing and reviewing wills and personal estate plans

• Advising clients on trusts and financial arrangements

• Guiding individuals and families through probate and estate administration

• Assisting with powers of attorney and related legal documents

• Managing cases from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 xwzovoh 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

• 1 – 5 years’ experience in private client work or similar areas

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client confidence

• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple cases

• Comfortable working independently as well as contributing to a collaborative team
