Private Client Solicitor – Ipswich We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join an established legal team based in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a private client lawyer looking to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment. The role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships while providing practical, high-quality legal advice across a broad range of private client matters. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will advise individuals and families on a range of matters relating to their personal, financial and estate planning requirements. Managing a varied private client caseload * Advising clients on wills and estate planning * Dealing with estate assets, liabilities and distributions * Advising on inheritance tax and other relevant tax considerations * Supporting clients with lasting powers of attorney * Liaising with accountants, financial advisers and other professional contacts * Building and maintaining long-term client relationships * Preparing correspondence, legal documents and reports * Providing clear, sensitive and practical legal advice throughout We're looking for a confident and client-focused Private Client Solicitor with solid experience across a broad range of private client work. Previous experience within a private client department * Experience advising on trusts and estate planning * Good understanding of inheritance tax and related issues * Strong relationship-building skills * The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider legal team The ideal candidate will be a technically strong private client solicitor who enjoys working directly with clients and building relationships over the long term.
