Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (Wills, Trusts & Estates) Minimum 3 Years' Experience An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Estates team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working with a broad range of private client matters and helping to drive the continued growth of a successful department.  The Role You will manage your own varied caseload and provide expert advice across a range of private client matters, including: Drafting simple and complex Wills Estate planning and estate administration Probate matters Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Advising elderly and vulnerable clients Trust-related work Court of Protection matters (where applicable) Assisting with the ongoing development and growth of the department Supporting business development and marketing initiatives  About You The successful candidate will have: A qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive A minimum of 3 years' experience handling their own private client caseload Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration Excellent client care and communication skills A proactive and commercial approach to business development Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications A full UK driving licence Desirable Experience Experience using a Case Management System STEP qualification or working towards one Experience of, or an interest in, Court of Protection work  What's on Offer?
