I'm working exclusively with a well-established, highly regarded law firm in Merseyside that is looking to strengthen its Private Client team.

They're looking for someone with 2+ years' PQE who has a strong grounding in:

Wills & Probate

Estate Administration

Trusts

Tax & Estate Planning

HNW clients

Court of Protection

Services for the Elderly

Court of Protection experience is particularly important, ideally involving complex matters and vulnerable clients.

What makes this role interesting?

This isn't a narrow, box-ticking Private Client position.

You'll have a varied caseload,genuine client contact and exposure to complex matters across the Private Client spectrum. You'll work directly with clients, families, courts, Probate Registry, HMRC, HMLR, experts and other professional contacts.

There's also scope to get involved in business development and networking, so this would suit someone who wants to build their profile and play an active role in the growth of the team. xwzovoh

Organised and confident managing a busy caseload

Comfortable dealing with HNW and vulnerable clients

Ambitious and keen to develop
