Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to become an integral part of their highly regarded team based in a picturesque Worcestershire market town. The Role You will manage your own varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families across a broad range of Private Client matters, including: * Drafting Wills and advising on succession planning. * Estate Administration and Probate matters. * Lasting Powers of Attorney. * Trust creation, administration and advice. * Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning. * Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential). * Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional level of service. * Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking opportunities. About You The successful candidate will have: * A minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX). * Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client law. * Excellent communication and client care skills. * The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently. * A proactive and organised approach with excellent attention to detail. * A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service. * A desire to contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
