Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.

Provide tailored legal advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.

Handle complex estate planning issues and tax considerations.

Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to progress cases efficiently.

Contribute to the continued growth and success of the private client department through proactive engagement and collaboration.

 

Criteria:

• 
  
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private client law.

Demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload of private client matters independently.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
