Youll manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and associated administrative matters, working in a friendly environment where your expertise is valued. The Role Drafting Wills and preparing LPAs Advising clients on Wills, LPAs and tax matters Setting up new client accounts and handling enquiries Managing probate files, including matters involving income tax, inheritance tax and capital taxation Handling and processing deeds and securities Providing clear, professional and sympathetic client care What Youll Bring Strong experience in Wills, Probate and non-contentious private client work Solid understanding of relevant law and practice Ability to deal with clients confidently, efficiently and with empathy Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone Professional, organised approach with strong attention to detail Why Apply HYBRID WORKING Long established firm.
