Responsibilities Manage a dedicated portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, non-residents, and non-domiciled individuals.
Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, proactively managing their compliance obligations and keeping them informed of legislative changes.
Support Partners and Directors in the delivery of complex private client advisory projects, including inheritance tax (IHT) planning, succession planning, trusts, and family investment structures.
Review tax returns and computations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal risk management procedures.
Identify tax planning opportunities for clients and proactively advise on the impact of regulatory developments.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across various tax and wider service lines to provide holistic advice.
Engage in business development activities to support the growth of the private client practice.
As a Private Client Tax Senior you will: Possess a CTA or ATT qualification, or be qualified by experience.
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant private client tax experience gained within a practice environment.
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of personal and private client tax compliance.
Exhibit a proactive approach to developing client relationships.
