We are working with a leading offshore firm in Jersey that is looking to hire Private Wealth & Trusts lawyers from NQ through to Senior Associate level.
The team advises a sophisticated international client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and professional fiduciaries, with work spanning complex wealth structuring and succession planning.
The practice has particular strength across both advisory and contentious trusts matters. Lawyers can expect exposure to the establishment and restructuring of Jersey trusts, foundations and other succession structures, alongside breach of trust disputes, trustee removal applications and related professional negligence claims.
The ideal candidate will have:
- NQ-Senior Associate level experience in private client, trusts or private wealth
- Strong academics and experience at a leading law firm
- Experience with trusts, succession planning or complex wealth structures
- UK or another Commonwealth qualification
- A genuine interest in developing an international offshore career
- A strong desire to relocate to Jersey
