Process Engineer£51,000 – £53,000 Wolverhampton DAYS - 39 hours a week - 1pm finish on Friday  Are you a Process engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and preventing them from happening again? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility featuring cutting-edge robotics, advanced automation, and an exceptionally clean working environment. We're looking for someone with a passion for reliability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Whether you're an experienced Reliability Engineer or a Senior Maintenance Engineer or Process Engineer with strong root cause analysis skills, we'd love to hear from you. The RoleAs a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements. Leading root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat failures. Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports, along with action plans to improve performance.
