Process Operative - 3 shift rotation

Production Operative West Lothian Temporary Contract - 12 Weeks £13.65 per hour plus enhanced rate for night shifts Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in West Lothian. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a temporary role with full training provided. Shift Pattern 37.5 hours per week on a rotating 3-shift pattern: Dayshift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm Backshift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm Nightshift: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm - 6:00amPay Rates £13.65 per hour Additional £3.76 per hour for night shifts workedKey Responsibilities Supporting production operations within a busy manufacturing environment Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Maintaining high levels of housekeeping and workplace organisation Handling materials and assisting with production processes Following health and safety procedures at all times Working as part of a team to achieve operational targets Contributing to continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience would be advantageous Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexible approach and willingness to work rotating shifts Good communication skills and a positive attitudeWhat's On Offer?
