Process Operatives

Looking for a 4-day working week? We are currently recruiting Process Operatives for an immediate start with a busy and growing cosmetic manufacturing company in Brandon, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a hands-on production role, competitive weekly pay, and a fantastic four-day working week, giving you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. Key Responsibilities Handling and preparing raw materials Accurately measuring materials to meet production requirements Monitoring and maintaining stock levels Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the production process Following all health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Pay: £13.20 per hour (Day Shift) / £13.50 per hour (Night Shift) Hours: Monday–Thursday Day Shift: 06:00–18:00 Night Shift: 18:00–06:00 About You We are looking for candidates who have: Previous experience in a process, production or manufacturing environment Good attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment A reliable and punctual approach to work A strong work ethic and willingness to learn The ability to follow procedures and safety requirements If you’re looking for a stable production role with great hours, weekly pay and an immediate start, we want to hear from you.
