Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of process qualifications. Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the workplace. Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards. Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within a Process Operator role. Technical Qualification: Level 3 or above process related qualification / apprenticeship (desirable) Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
