Salaries
Procurement & Contracts Manager: £50,000 - £65,000 + package
Procurement & Contracts Specialist: £35,000 - £45,000 + package
We are supporting a large, complex organisation with the continued growth of its Procurement & Supply Chain function and are looking to appoint at two different levels.
Both roles will support a varied portfolio of technical products and services, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve commercial outcomes, strengthen supplier performance and manage risk.
Procurement & Contracts Manager, £50,000 - £65,000
A more senior role taking ownership of complex sourcing and contract activity while acting as a trusted procurement partner to the wider business.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across a varied portfolio of goods and services
- Lead competitive tenders and negotiate medium to high-value commercial agreements
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and encourage early Procurement involvement
- Manage contractual and supply-chain risk, supplier performance and SRM activity
- Support wider procurement transformation and Source-to-Pay improvements
What we are looking for:
- Around 5+ years' strategic procurement, contracts or supply chain experience
- Strong end-to-end sourcing and tender management capability
- Proven experience negotiating significant commercial contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management, commercial judgement and analytical skills
- MCIPS qualified or working towards completion would be advantageous
Procurement & Contracts Specialist, £35,000 - £45,000

Key responsibilities:
- Support contract administration, governance and contract change activity
- Provide spend, supplier and performance analysis to support commercial decisions
- Run lower-complexity sourcing exercises and supplier selection processes
- Support supplier performance, SRM and supply-chain risk monitoring
- Contribute to procurement process, technology and Source-to-Pay improvements
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience within procurement, commercial, contracts or supply chain would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different areas of a business
- An interest in building a long-term career within Procurement & Supply Chain
