A privately backed, design-led hospitality business developing a high-end luxury offering in the UK. The experienced in-house team works across interior architecture, design and delivery, with a strong emphasis on quality, craftsmanship and detail.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the team on an 6-month fixed-term / freelance basis.

Based in Central London, they operate a hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in the office and the remainder working from home.

Working closely with the interior architecture and design team, you will manage procurement across FF&E, furniture, finishes and bespoke interior elements. Responsibilities will include supplier liaison, quotations and tender comparisons, purchase orders, budget tracking, lead times, logistics and delivery coordination through to installation. xwzovoh

This is a hands-on role for someone who can keep procurement moving while maintaining control of quality, budget and programme.

The Candidate

• 2+ years’ experience in procurement or FF&E coordination within interior architecture, hospitality, high-end residential or similar design-led environments

• Strong experience across budgeting, cost tracking, purchase orders and supplier coordination

• Good understanding of FF&E, furniture, finishes, lead times, logistics and delivery coordination

• Able to read technical drawings and FF&E schedules

• Highly organised, detail-driven and confident working with designers, suppliers and site teams

• Experience with procurement or project management platforms; Programa or estimac would be advantageous
