Procurement Specialist ( MSP / Staffing industry )

Based in Glasgow or in London, we are currently looking to hire Procurement Specialists with an estimated start date of early October. As a key member of our procurement team, you will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, collaborative spirit, and a commitment to operational excellence whilst supporting our business objectives through strategic sourcing and contract management.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting end-to-end procurement projects, including vendor selection, proposal analysis, contract negotiation, and commercial terms assessment to maximise business value and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives, providing transparent communication and managing expectations throughout the procurement lifecycle
• Coordinating contract construction, negotiation, and evaluation whilst identifying potential risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies with management
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed terms, ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, and cost objectives
• Implement and refine procurement processes, policies, and methodologies whilst maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
