A high-growth tech business is hiring a Growth Analytics Lead to shape company-wide strategy across product, commercial and customer performance. You'll use data to drive adoption, activation, retention and revenue outcomes.

The Company Fast-scaling tech business with strong data foundations. The analytics team partners across product, commercial and operations to support growth and improve customer outcomes. They now need a commercially minded analytics leader for their next phase.

The Role

• Drive product adoption, activation and retention through data insights

• Analyse customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities

• Develop pricing, monetisation and revenue insights

• Design and measure experiments

• Partner with product/engineering on measurement frameworks

• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience

• Growth/Product/Commercial Analytics or Data Science background

• Advanced SQL + BI tools

• Strong experimentation and measurement knowledge

• Customer behaviour and growth metrics experience
