Product Delivery Manager (Data)

Warner Hotels is building a digital and data engineering capability that can turn its modern technology platform into commercial products - the MyWarner guest portal, Club Warner loyalty programme, AI concierge, Snowflake data platform, and automation capabilities across the estate.

There are two Product Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) roles within the Digital & Data Delivery team. The Data role owns end-to-end delivery accountability for a set of data products - working alongside business product owners, nearshore and offshore engineering partners, and internal tech leads to ensure that product roadmaps are defined, sprint delivery is well-governed, and working software ships to production.

This is a role for someone who combines strong delivery rigour with genuine product instinct - someone who can write user stories, run effective sprints, manage stakeholder expectations, and hold engineering partners accountable to quality and velocity.

• Work with business product owners and the Head of Digital & Data Delivery to shape and maintain product roadmaps for your assigned products.
