As the company continues to expand its own-label portfolio, they're looking for a commercially driven Own Label Product Manager to take ownership of the product journey from initial concept through to launch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining product development, supplier management, commercial thinking and creativity to bring new products to market. The Role You'll play a key role in developing and growing the own-label portfolio, including: * Developing and delivering own-label product and brand strategies * Managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch * Identifying new opportunities through market and competitor analysis * Working with Marketing to develop strong brand propositions and packaging * Managing suppliers and negotiating cost, quality and lead times * Developing and delivering the Own Label Development Plan * Ensuring products meet all legal, safety and quality requirements * Signing off samples, packaging and final production * Working closely with Product Management, Procurement, Purchasing and Marketing About You We're looking for someone with experience in product development, buying or category management, ideally within an own-label/private-label environment. You'll bring: * Strong supplier management and negotiation skills * Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in product innovation * Understanding of manufacturing, sourcing and compliance * Excellent project management and organisational skills * A creative, commercially focused approach * The flexibility to travel occasionally, around 5% Why This Role?
