Product Director

As Product Director, you will establish Product Management as a core business function across SEA. This critical role, reporting to the Managing Director and a member of the SLT, will help ensure that customer needs, market opportunities and business priorities are connected through a clear product strategy, robust product roadmaps and effective product lifecycle management.

The introduction of this function represents an exciting step in SEA's growth. The introduction of a Product Management function will support the strengthening of SEA's ability to deliver the right products, at the right time, for the right markets, while creating long-term value for our customers.

The Product Director can be based at any of our three sites, Barnstaple, Bristol or Beckington. with a mix of on-site and home working.
The salary for this role is up to £130k, depending on experience.
