As a Product Certification Engineer, you'll manage certification and regulatory compliance activities throughout the entire product lifecycle. Working closely with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and external certification bodies, you'll help bring technically advanced products to market while ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities - Product Certification Engineer Act as the key contact for notified bodies and regulatory authorities. Support the creation of Declarations of Conformity and regulatory documentation. Provide regulatory and certification guidance to product development teams. Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance and certification processes. Experience & Qualifications - Product Certification Engineer Previous experience in a Product Certification, Compliance, Regulatory, or Product Safety role. Knowledge of UK, EU, and international regulatory requirements. Experience liaising with notified bodies, testing laboratories, and certification organisations. Experience within instrumentation, industrial electronics, automation, manufacturing, or regulated engineering sectors would be advantageous.
