Focused on workforce management and operational optimization for high-volume distribution and logistics environments, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and advanced AI capability to drive immediate commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of specialized workforce optimization software, aligning technical execution directly with measurable client outcomes and P&L impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to build scalable, AI-driven scheduling and forecasting tools tailored to heavy operational workflows.
- Lead discovery and execution alongside design, commercial, and technical teams to translate complex enterprise requirements into clear, reliable user features.
Required Experience:
- 3–6 years of product management experience managing B2B SaaS solutions end-to-end, ideally within operationally intensive or configuration-heavy environments.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to discuss architecture with engineers and data scientists, paired with a systems-thinking approach to complex data. xwzovoh
