Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Opportunity

Working as part of the Digital Transformation team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, the Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing critical front-end support to internal and external users of Almac software products.

This role provides global support to guarantee access to vital patient data through our software products and ensures product related issues during clinical trials are resolved. The individual will develop in-depth knowledge of Almac software products, data, and related processes that enable them to quickly assess and resolve issues.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.
  • 5 GCSE subjects (to include English Language and Mathematics) at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience within a customer facing role.
  • Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
