Production Analyst

SALARY:     £30,000 HOURS:      07:00 - 15:30, Monday - Friday BENEFITS:  Holiday - 25 days plus birthday and bank holidays Free life assurance Pension - 5% company contribution Free on-site parking Dental and optical contribution JOB PURPOSE: To support the Operations Team by collecting and verifying production data. This data will drive continuous improvement, optimise material usage, and ensure ERP system accuracy, ultimately maximising factory efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Maintenance of ERP system including product set up. Closing down works orders and tracking production orders through the process, to ensure real time usage data is captured. Analysis of production data resulting in actions to improve results. Support the teams by producing, maintaining and updating data capturing systems (Excel and ERP). Provide daily and weekly information on Operational efficiencies and KPIs. Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate live data is captured and maintained across relevant areas (i.e. Production, Supply Chain, Technical) Support the improvement of data entry accuracy on all operational software. Management of WIP stock, including quarterly stock counts. Support with ad hoc projects, for example Continuous Improvement. ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES: Able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ relevant experience Ability to solve problems and work using own initiative, Ability to communicate with all levels of the production team Excellent IT proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software modelling tools Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Tropos Excellent team player Must have an excellent attendance record Production awareness Attention to the details and ability to maintain records
