They’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and, importantly, has genuine previous brazing experience. You might currently be working as a Brazer, Assembler, Production Operative, Fitter or Manufacturing Operative. The job title matters less than whether you can actually do the work.
