We're looking for an inspiring and ambitious Centre Manager to join our manufacturing leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our production centres, taking responsibility for 4 production lines, including a new automated production line. You'll lead a team of 5 direct reports and over 100 indirect reports, playing a critical role in delivering outstanding performance across safety, quality, service, cost and people.

Working alongside three other Centre Managers and reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be a visible and engaging leader who can develop people, drive performance and create a culture of continuous improvement.

This role offers a fantastic development opportunity for someone looking to progress their manufacturing leadership career, with a clear pathway towards a future Operations Manager position.
