This isnot an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with solid kitchen foundations who can confidently integrate into afast-paced commercial production environmentwithout requiring extensive catering training.

The ideal candidate will come from aculinary or catering background, either through catering college/training or previous hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
