Production Director — Lead Multi‑Site Residential Developments

ARC Group is seeking a Production Director to lead production operations across multiple live residential developments in the UK, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will provide strategic leadership to Contracts Managers and site teams, driving performance while maintaining safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive house-building experience, senior leadership capability and a proven track record of delivering £40m+ projects.
