The Production Engineer, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, will support day-to-day manufacturing, new product introduction and process improvement, working closely with production, quality and supply chain teams. Responsibilities include: • Supporting production teams with technical problem solving and engineering expertise • Leading continuous improvement and NPI activities • Developing and updating SOPs, process documentation and operating instructions • Supporting PCBA testing, test equipment and production software • Investigating test failures and driving root cause and corrective actions • Developing and improving manufacturing and testing processes • Working with suppliers and internal teams on PCBA testing and new product introduction The Production Engineer, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, will have the following key skills: • Manufacturing engineering experience with a strong electronics bias • Experience working with PCBs/PCBAs and production testing • Experience with continuous improvement and structured problem solving • Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand or similar test software would be advantageous • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills APPLY NOW – Production Engineer job in Hitchin, Hertfordshire could be of interest, send your CV to [email protected] or call Adam Dighton on 01582 878821.
