with: Experience as a

or in a similar manufacturing engineering role Strong knowledge of process verification and validation Root cause analysis experience (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise The ability to interpret technical drawings and solve complex engineering problems Experience with an electromechanical product, New Product Introduction (NPI), or quality systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 would be advantageous.
