Kerry Foods in Omagh is seeking a Production Group Leader to drive performance on a busy dairy manufacturing site. You will lead a production team, manage KPI performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
The role operates on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern (4 days on, 3 nights on) with 2–3 days off between rotations and a full week off every 4 weeks.
