CDS Labour are currently looking for a Production Line Supervisor who will play a key role in supporting the Production Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Our client is a successful, family-owned business who specialise in growing and packing root vegetables for major retailers throughout the UK.

The Role of Production Line Supervisor:
Leading, motivating and supporting the production team
Managing daily line activities to achieve production targets
Delegating tasks effectively and monitoring performance
Conducting probation reviews, training and coaching team members
Ensuring stock is used correctly and efficiently
Championing Health & Safety standards within the department
Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
Supporting the Production Manager and providing cover when required
What we need from you:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and xwzovoh meet deadlines
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to multitask in a busy production environment
Previous experience within food production/manufacturing
Experience operating plant machinery
Good standard of English and Maths
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
