Production Manager Eastleigh/Southampton | Up to £60,000 + 5% Bonus A leading global engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join its Eastleigh/Southampton site in a newly created role, reporting directly to the Director of Production. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production planning, capacity management and team performance. You'll lead a Production Team Leader and oversee a team of 10-20 skilled employees, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
