On offer is the opportunity to work for an established supplement manufacturer who are expanding due to continued success and looking to bring in a new Production Manager to look after their growing team and lead CI on site. The role will revolve around managing a production team of around 40 members of staff, you will be overseeing production, monitoring KPIs and ensuring health and safety compliance. The company want to put a focus on continuous improvement, so you will be leading the implementation throughout the factory. This role would suit a Production Manager or similar from a Food / Pharmaceutical background looking for a varied role managing a successful production team with a focus on leading new continuous improvement projects with the opportunity for continued career progression and a host of great company benefits.
