The RoleAs Production Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the smooth running of production and operational activities, ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standard.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the production team
• Managing recruitment, training and performance reviews
• Planning production schedules to meet customer demand
• Driving efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Reviewing workflows, processes and equipment utilisation
• Maintaining HACCP, COSHH, Health & Safety and food safety compliance
