We are seeking a highly capable Production Manager to support the delivery of a high-performance, luxury laundry operation in North London. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards. Working as part of the operations leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of production, supporting the Operations Manager, and leading front-line teams to deliver consistent, high-quality output aligned with the expectations of a premium client base. This role responsibility operates across day and night shifts, your core working pattern is four days a week. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of production operations, ensuring workflow runs efficiently and orders are processed accurately and on time. Supervise, motivate, and coordinate, Supervisors Team Leaders and operatives, ensuring productivity and performance standards are consistently met. Drive performance against key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, labour utilisation, and efficiency. Act as a point of escalation on shift, resolving operational issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption. Support workforce management activities, including onboarding, training, and day-to-day performance oversight. Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance and safe working practices across all activities. Maintain quality control standards, ensuring all output meets the expectations of a luxury service environment. Work collaboratively with the General Manager and wider leadership team to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational targets. Candidate Profile Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production, manufacturing, or service-driven environment; experience within laundry, hospitality, or high-volume processing is advantageous. Strong people management skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support teams in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on and solutions-focused, with the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges. Well organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively under pressure. Experience working with KPIs and performance targets. Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within an operational setting. What We Offer Competitive salary £40 - £43k. + Pension & Life Cover Structured rotating shift pattern of 4 days on and 3 days off, covering Monday to Sunday (inclusive) to support operational requirements.
