Production Manager - Bespoke Joinery £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + 33 Days (rising to 38) + Progression Loughborough, Leicestershire Are you looking to head up production for a Bespoke Joinery manufacturer, with a competitive package, autonomy to make your mark and a clear scope to progress further? As the go-to Production Manager, you'll play an integral role in driving the business forward through lean manufacturing and transformative change. Coming from a Joinery / Furniture background or similar, you'll have an appreciation of how things are put together and with 3 direct reports across assembly, spray and machine shop, will work together to drive improvements across the team. The company have the financial backing of a larger group, but still hold onto their independent identity as a family run, close knit business, with a fantastic culture and great retention rates. Having recently signed off a number of multi-million pound contracts, this 60 strong business has exciting growth plans and a bright future ahead.
