Role: Production Assistant Location: Witney Pay: £17.19 per hourShift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (7pm-7am)Your Role & ResponsibilitiesIn this role, precision is everything. • Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate specialised production machinery strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Quality Assurance: Maintain total compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety.
• Meticulous Documentation: Keep crystal-clear records, including manual batch entries and digital data reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and keep the production line running at peak efficiency.
