Production Operative – Bridgwater (TA6) – Temporary Assignment £15.04–£16.54ph | 4 on 4 off | Own Transport Essential We're looking for a driven Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in the Bridgwater area (TA6) on a temporary assignment with ongoing work. IMMEDIATE STARTS 4 on 4 off shift pattern:2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 days off 12-hour shifts: Day: 06:00–18:00 | Night: 18:00–06:00 Day rate: £15.04ph (Basic + weekend allowance) Night rate: £16.54ph (Basic + Night shift & weekend allowance) Temporary role with ongoing work Benefits: 22 days holiday, pension and employee benefits platformJoin a busy production team of 500+, working across 27 beverage filling lines making everything from smoothies to leading supermarket juices.   As a Production Operative you will use your hands-on experience with operating machinery to support changeovers, conduct basic maintenance & fault finding whilst liaising with the engineering team to resolve more complex faults.
