Production Operative

We’re looking for an experienced Production Operative to join our well establsihed client's team based in Burntwood. You’ll be involved in the day‑to‑day fabrication of metal components, working with a range of workshop machinery and tools to produce high‑quality finished products. Experience Required: * Experience using pillar drills, band saws and other workshop machinery * Confident working with metal fabrication tools * Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings * TIG/MIG Welding experience would be advantageous * Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment * Good understanding of workplace safety procedures Key Responsibilities: * Operating pillar drills, band saws, grinders and other production equipment * Cutting, drilling and preparing metal components for assembly * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area * Carrying out quality checks to ensure all products meet specification * Supporting wider production tasks as required Working hours: * Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 An immediate start is available for the successful Production Operative so please apply now. 212 Recruitment never charges candidates any fees for our services.
