Production Operative – Day Shift £13.06 Per Hour | 4 On 4 Off | 06:00 – 18:00 | Free Travel from Chippenham | Subsidised Travel from Swindon People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative – Lacock to join our well-established client based in Lacock on a full-time temporary basis. This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Production Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative or Packing Operative. Shifts As a Production Operative, you will work: • 4 on 4 off  • 06:00 – 18:00 Rates of Pay • £13.06 per hour Benefits As a Production Operative, you will receive: • Modern canteen  • Discounted or free food  • Free travel from Chippenham  • Subsidised travel from Swindon  • Free parking  • On-site gym Day-to-Day Duties As a Production Operative, your duties will include: • Packing eggs accurately into trays, boxes and retail packaging in line with customer specifications  • Operating packing and grading machinery to ensure eggs are processed efficiently and accurately  • Carrying out manual handling tasks, including loading, unloading and packing products in line with production targets  • Identifying and reporting any defects, faults or issues with products or machinery  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area  • Following all food safety, biosecurity, health and safety, and site procedures  • Supporting line changeovers, cleaning and preparation between production runs  • Accurately completing production and quality records where required  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production schedules and KPIs Essential Skills To be successful as a Production Operative, you will need: • Good verbal communication skills  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment  • Strong attention to detail  • Self-motivation and a proactive attitude Training Provided • Full training provided  • Ongoing development support Apply If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a Production Operative, apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
